Mr. Patel believes every business has potential to grow and succeed regardless what circumstance or situation the company is facing or struggling. He oversees the management of 24-7 Hotel Management's entire portfolios. His extensive experience and industry knowledge provide the foundation for the company’s core strength of producing superior results. 24-7 is recognized as one of a kind hotel management firm, with an impressive portfolio of assets under ownership and management from chains such as IHG, Best Western and Choice.

Anand Dutta
Operations Manager

Mr. Dutta joined 24-7 Hotel Management in October 2018 Operations Manager. Prior to joining, he has held several leadership positions (Full Service & Select Service) with Hilton Hotels, Marriott International, Royal Caribbean International Cruise Lines and TAJ Hotels over the last 25 years. His experience with new openings, renovations, food & beverage, and employee performance will prove highly valuable in his new role. His teams are recipients awards such as Trip advisor Top 25 Hotels for Service – USA 2015, Connie Award along with being awarded with grants towards community projects for Wounded Warrior, Fisher House and being actively involved with Salvation Army, Red Cross, Second Harvest Food Bank, Nashville Food Project, and Habitat for Humanity. Mr. Dutta has also owned and operated hotels and restaurants of his own in partnership in Colorado Springs, Canon City and Salida, Colorado. Orlando and Gainesville, Florida. Mr. Dutta holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Institute of Hotel Management Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition, Mumbai, India in Hospitality Management. He enjoys spending free time working around the house, spending time with his family, friends and his dogs.

Dan Metzgar
24-7 University Trainer & Operations

Dan Metzgar joins 24-7 Hotel Management as Operations/Training Manager. With over thirty years of hotel leadership experience, Dan’s hospitality background includes working with Choice Hotels International as Director of New Hotels Sales Support and assisting pre-opening activities for over 300 hotels in 32 states. Dan’s last ten years with Choice Hotels, he served as Area Director for 80 Choice Hotels properties. Dan has a real-life in-the-trenches business experience. Prior to working at the corporate level, he also has business experience that includes over 16 years in the hotel and lodging industry.
Dan also brings a diverse knowledge of operational and sales expertise. Dan has a proven track record of building and fostering relationships with clients that encourages customer loyalty and increase revenue.

Rosey Atkinson
Regional Director of Sales / Revenue Management

As Regional Director of Sales, Rosey is responsible for driving the sales and revenue performance of 24-7 Hotel Management’s portfolio of assets, with a focus on Group, Corporate Negotiated, Contract, and Banquet & Catering segments. She also oversees the performance and development of all property level sales leaders. Rosey’s multi-faceted background as General Manager and Area Director of Sales with a strong influence in Revenue Management, mixed with her major in Education brings a unique perspective to her current role as Regional Director of Sales. In her career development, Rosey has held positions in several markets such as Charleston, SC, Fort Myers, FL, and Nashville, TN. Originally from Seattle Washington, Rosey currently resides in Nashville, TN with her dog Tucker. During her downtime, she enjoys the lake, hiking and exploring all that Nashville has to offer.

Jason Fishpaw
Human Resources

Jason's relationship-focus is the hallmark of his success and brings it to 24-7 culture. He has made it a priority to recruit and hire the industry’s top talent, while supporting the company’s Human Resource efforts which include training, performance management, career development, diversity program development, employee relations, compensation, safety, and compliance standards. He expertly balances the needs of the organization and its members in such a way the result is an informed and engaged workforce that embraces the organizational process. For over 20 years, he has worked as a Consultant with a wide variety of organizations and industries - from metal fabricators to marketing firms, and from manufacturing and distribution to hospitality. During this time, he has obtained a wide range of expertise in both the organizational side of Human Resources Management and the industrial side of EOHS Management. Jason received both his Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Middle Tennessee State University. Specialties include Performance Management, Training, Safety, Employee Benefits, and DOL Compliance. He actively contributes to his community through coaching youth sports, volunteering at Greenhouse Ministries, and as a member of New Vision Baptist Church.

Angela Norton
Office Manager & Procurement

Mrs. Angela Norton’s hospitality career began at 24-7 Hotel Management. Angela looks forward to learning much about hospitality and discovering her many hidden talents. In addition to hospitality, Angela has worked in several sectors, having extensive experience and skills gained. Her experience includes 15 years in the financial industry, serving as an Assistant Vice President-Branch Banking for two Regional Banks, 5 years as a successful Small Business owner, including Gas Stations, Grocery Store, Restaurant, Catering and Heating/Cooling/Refrigeration Company, and 5 years of participating in and overseeing daily office operations.
Her passion to gain knowledge never stops, as she has a hunger to always learn. Her education currently consists of pursuing a Doctorate in Management with a specialization in Marketing to complete a Dissertation that explores the impact of social media on consumer buying behavior. She’s obtained a Master's Degree in Business Administration with specialization in Marketing, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, as well as having an Associates of Arts in Business Administration.
